Daniel, We have not had that question come up and I don't recall seeing any place to configure that kind of setting. I would be very interested if there is a solution for this because it would help us ensure that email notifications (and other email related actions) are actually taking place. thanks.

This sounds like a problem I've run into in the past. Basically, someone has opened up the Custom Chart and changed the time period so that they can look at a specific date/time period. You may need to build a Group(s) using a dynamic query of the Country custom property. You can then set an account limitation based on the Group Name(s) you have defined.
