If you are saying that nodes are not sending their syslogs to the NPM server then it's either a firewall issue, a routing issue, or a configuration issue. As for the first two, make sure that port 514, 161, and 162 UDP are allowed through the firewall in both directions, and/or is considered in your ACL(s). Same for ports…
