Oh, and I also need to do the same for memory utilization. Thanks so much.

On further reflection, I seem to recall that the ConnectNow feature ONLY works with nodes and interfaces that have been added via Network Discovery. If that is true, then could it be that the link utilization/status feature also only work for interfaces added via network discovery as opposed to those added manually?

Anyone? Thanks.

I was able to fix the problem by re-installing Orion v10 SP1 and downloading and re-installing the Topology Resource file from Thwack.

Additional information. I removed the Network Topology resource from the Node Details view and it fixed the problem. So, now how do I repair the Network Topology resource if running the Config Wizard didn't do it? Thanks.

Let me restate the alert aspect of the question another way: Since the Captions for the two routers will always have common letters designating the location, could I use the Device Type and the Caption fields in the Scope section of the Trigger Condition tab to make sure that the down routers are in the same location?

This is a very good question and one that I was wondering about myself. Anyone have input?

I have just seen a very similar problem with APM 3.5 running on Orion 10.1. The server OS is 2008 R2 and the SQl is 2008 R2 as well. Monitoring of SQL Latch Waits, Full Scans and other SQL performance counters on SQL2008R2 (hosted on W2008R2 servers) results in occasional crashing of the monitored system’s Remote Registry…

Can I at least get someone with SQL expertise to tell me if this is currently possible with the Orion DB schema? Please? This is really important and I cannot seem to get anyone to answer a simple question. Thank you.

No one? Please offer up if you can do this?

Well? Hmmmm? Thanks.
