Yeah, that article is spot on. Installing each module on a dedicated server wouldn't be recommended, as there would be no integration. Based off the modules listed above an ideal deployment would have one server hosting the SW applications and one server hosting the SQL database.

Hi aronin_m, Serv-U version 10.4 was released in 2011, so I'm not sure if it was tested out on Server 2012. If you want to ensure comparability with Server 2012, it might be worthwhile upgrading/trailing the latest version of Serv-U.

If its using an smi-s provider, try using the SolarWinds.CIMbrowser to connect. It should be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SRM
