If you dont know who is, you can create a customer services ticket and ask them they usually responds in seconds.

After + 10 years working with solarwinds support, the best I do is when something get stock, I contact my account manager. Always find the way to talk with the people can solve the issue.

Do you have any mainentance jobs to the database logs?, check the size of the database files if you dont have any mainenance job have to create it asap.

what I do is disable the account, in the AD, with this you can be sure that is secure and its not going to break something

1) Run a report with all dashboards, reports, alerts, filtering the owner ( user you need to change) 2) manually with the report assing a new owner. you can do this with a query but, I suggest do this first on a dev enviromnent. 3) if the query test worked, backup the database and run the query.

my recomendations will be use, database backup, clean servers with the same IP same name, turn off the old ones and install from scrash, in case the upgrade fail, restore de database and turn of the old servers.
