I was able to get the reports to run using the local System account. However, when I go into Windows Task Scheduler, I am still receiving the messages about the task image being corrupt. I think I found the problem. I was looking at the template, and it references using SCP for getting the configuration. IS there a way to use NCM to backup a Brocade switch using SSH or telnet?

I refreshed the UI and still no luck. I have tried this with two different Brocade switches that have the same OID that is referenced in this topic.

Hi, I discovered today that CDR data isn't population in VNQM for us either. Where did you find the log you refer to? I"m having a difficult time tracking it down. Also, if you resolved this, what did you do?
