you can try alerting on Custom Poller Table instead of Custom Node Poller. using Table object you can specify the Individual Object that are being polled by a single poller.

Thanks, If the previous incident for the alert is not in a closing state (manually or by alert reset) and reopen is --None--, a new ticket will never get created and old one gets a note (the issue they are seeing). Finally, issue has been resolved. Root cause was definitely High TCP connections that was consuming all the system resources over a period of time. Another buddy that was doing this is the Memory leak issue due to some application (That has be to be checked by Windows Expert that what app is eating memory of the system).…

We are already on NPM 12.1. Issue was there with 11.5.3 but we upgraded hoping that 12.1 will take care of such issues. but no luck, even after upgrading we are facing those issues. Only option we have is to unman age those nodes.

We are in process of upgrading the version from 2018.2 to 2018.4 however it is not clear yet whether upgrade will help us with this issue or not . Will update post upgrading the existing environment.

yes I checked that but did not help. At last I found Information Service Version3 related error logs, so i rebuilt the ISv3 and issue got resolved. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Hi Devrajs, We were able to fix this issue by modifying the logic at payload processing. If you are using out of the box integration then better ask Servicenow team to redefine payload configuration from scratch (take reference from solar winds by-default) as per your need instead of using by-default.

Hi, I just noticed that allowing above provided endpoints will let you only add azure cloud accounts but its not letting you collect other metrics. I think this is a mandatory information to be passed on. Please let us know what all endpoints needs to be whitelisted to properly monitor azure cloud account. @"jvb"…

Hi Dave I have checked the SP version. On Main Polling Engine it is 2008 R2 SP1 and APE's are on 2008 R2 only. SQL is also on 2008 R2 but MSSQL version is 2012 SP4.

I had issues while upgrading from 12.2 to 12.3. But now it is completed but I had to reboot my polling engine server multiple times in order to complete the configuration wizard. Yes we did open a support case and as per the support engineer there are deadlocks happening within the database due to which discovery import could not be succeeded. We are working with the Database team and will let you know further.

We are also facing issues intermittently with the Solarwinds DB, after a period of week or so we are seeing DB issues like locks happening very frequently due to long running queries also transaction logs are full even after scheduled purging of them by automated script.
