Actually, you are not required to stop all services everywhere any more. You HAVE to install upgrade on primary NPM engine first, then the rest is standard install, one at a time (for running config wiz anyway)... no need to stop all services any more.

Well, apparently, you can do "caption -> is not -> '*name to exclude*' and that seems to work.
