I think it re-appeared, but I opened a ticket and they resolved it by going into the NetPerfMon DB -> views table and editing the default netflow summary view name....not sure exactly what though, but its working now. Thanks for the followup!

I have a requirement to know who is doing what to devices, including jobs scheduled, for compliance reasons. Thus, if I understand correctly, device level will not work. I need the user logged in to be the "author" of the script run, changes made, or job scheduled.
