I cannot believe there is no scheduled maintenance option, besides the janky external application "solution." The most basic free monitoring solutions out there have this built in, but not SW?

Did this survey every get processed? I haven't seen any 1000 points show up and I believe I should be one of the first 50 respondents.

No SAM in use right now so not sure.

Same here, support has been going downhill, the product has constant issues that aren't fixed... I think management might have lost confidence in them as a vendor. We may never be going back, having to plan for both outcomes now.

We are reinstalling from scratch on new servers whenever the updated versions drop. The backdoor was installed on our current systems so we can't trust the servers and just installing a patch isn't deemed enough. We are scouring the network now for additional IOCs or lateral spread.

jiri.tomek Excellent thanks, that did it! I never knew that option was there. Much appreciated. Sorry for hijacking the thread but I thought it might be related.

My goodness. Thanks for the info, but that seems like a terrible way to implement the feature by SW and not put any clues or examples for the user! A pipe as a deliminator?!? I'll give it a try...

Then it asks for a password. Then click Next again and it should log you in. It does this fine when recording. Still in the WPM Recorder on…

Right now the HTTP check can kind of do the check, but the error comes back in the result, we can search for it (contains the string "ERROR") using that HTTP check, but all we get is a "DOWN"…

Having the same issue trying to test the Azure login. The old login method worked fine, Microsoft recently changed to their new login page so I had to re-record the test. When I record it properly accepts the user name, then goes to the password input page. When playing back it thinks nothing was typed in to the user name…

Has no one figured this out yet? Filtering would be great but it doesn't seem to actually work for me.

Another option is to add an icon, because the information of green/red might be useful even if muted, but the addition of a muted / maintenance icon would signify that it is intentional or known to be an issue. You still want to see status if you are making planned changes to make sure things come back up green, but others…

I would suggest tracing the email in Exchange (I assume this is your email server). Go to Exchange Management Console, then Toolbox, then Tracking Log Explorer. Search for the email from you with the subject you had, see if it was accepted by the server and what decisions was made by the server for its delivery. If you…
