Yes, you can move elements to that other poller as long as it's not near capacity as you main poller otherwise you might need to purchase another polling engine.

It doesn't matter on the OS that the SQL is residing on the other thing of note is that you could run the NTA DB on the same SQL server as the Orion database.

One thing that I would check is to make sure that we are polling the device in the node details page of that device check the last database update and make sure it is current if not click the edit node and do a test on how we are we polling that device.
