You might try linking it to a custom HTML resource so if you notice when you click the real-time processor it opens another window. You can try and copy that link and put it into a custom HTML resource won't be pretty but might work.

Is this a custom alert? You can also sort of reverse engineer it if you want to know if the trigger conditions are correct so instead of saying node is down use node is up and see if it triggers the alert. You can also check the summary page of the alert that you are working on to see if it will trigger on any other node…

Can you show us a screenshot of the events page on NTA?

Did you try connecting with secure CRT from the orion server or your machine?

On the NTA summary page do you see any event? Also have you added all the nodes and interfaces that you configured into NPM?
