Actually, you could tag it in Orion log manager as I am doing below using a message contains 4648 statement. In the filter, I can tag this or send me an email alert as you can use any of the Orion alert functions.

11.5.2 should be in your customer portal and yes same install file don't forget to the service packs as well.

Also just because they show up on the list does not mean you need to monitor them just select the interfaces that are important to you and the rest will not be monitored.

Like HolyGuacamole said from settings got manage alerts once there you will see some alerts with a green on just turn off all the alerts until you are ready to make your own.
