We had the 500 error happen also, with a new VM. Likely related to the install order and server rename.. Removed the old server info from a couple places in the database was the fix

and like cyates said, we would prefer not to manually disabled sensors when a port is admin down, because when the port is turned back up, the hw sensors will still be disabled. Why is solarwinds sending alarms for ports that are admin down?

we are running into this issue, our NOC admin down a port after checking with engineering, but we still get hardware sensor alarms

The upgrade has caused our system to be very unstable. Support keeps telling us to wait for a patch, but support is unable to contact the developers to find out when said patch is available. We replaced a dll file from the buddy drop, but it did not help.
