O ya -- backups are necessary!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyday we are restoring files for users that deleted something.

Great point on name standards. Don't be some plain (BLUE, GREEN, RED.....) doesn't mean a thing.

Nothing beats when an End User decides to move their IP phone and now nothing seems to work. So you ask the question: "Have you changed anything?" and the reply is "NO".... After seeing the patch cable hanging there loose you say "How did this come loose?" response "All I did was move the phone"..... UGG...

We were once a spreadsheet passing company. "Who has the most up to date IP address list?" was the norm. But now we have been using SolarWinds IPAM for over 5 years and the spreadsheets are a distant "bad" memory. Automate I say.

Why are people still using Facebook? Have not and will never use it. I guess the hackers are having a fun time looking at "what you had for diner last night!" or "look at my new nail polish, doesn't it go with my sweater?" UGG.
