Automation is great when it works. Over the years we have automated several task in our business but there are moments when the automation fails and we humans have to fix it. Sometimes those "pet" servers have to get a good kick in the ass to get working again.

I agree, the savings for moving off MPLS is great. We did it 6 months ago and have already recouped to initial cost. Plus increase bandwidth too boot.

Company used to pay for cert training but not cert testing. (Never was figured into your annual salary if passed) Now your lucky to get to go to "online" training at your desk.... Boy times have changed.
