Thanks. Our users saw them as soon as they signed in. We have not had internet access since the 2020 issue and I have verified they do not have access nor would we use a proxy. We also use a virtual firewall program that logs all traffic and it's not coming from any server.

I highly recommend NOT going to 2022.4.1. 2020.2.6 was solid compared to the 2022.4.x betas (so many bugs) we are now on. Did you open a support case? I have upgraded the Admin service before and not applied the HF/patch yet as it's needed to stage the files for a central upgrade, but I don't recall that specific warning.

all releases since 2022.4 have been beta based on the amount of bugs as well as taking a group of customers out after the every 5 minute SWIS crash from a bad username
-
That's a bummer because support wants to close our support case saying it's been fixed in 2023.1
-
I agree. They have been hiding a lot of issues in their release notes and not being transparent recently. They knew about a major bug in 2022.4 that causes SWIS to fail causing customers to be down, they never pulled the release or provided notice in the release notes for "Known issues". Our security team noticed this…

Did you get this resolved?
-
Yes, there seems to be a lag in the WebUI and groups, at least it's been that way for a long time. When we delete one, it shows for about 15 minutes or so and then gets removed. Not sure if it's some cache issue or not.

I would open up a support case to get added to the bug list. We have also had the same issue with JMX Monitors as well as other applications doing the same thing. We also have an ongoing issue where agents are showing critical because of false response times from the agents in the 1,000-3,000ms range. TLDR; it's not you,…

We upgraded last week and they all updated the same day without any issues. any security tools installed that would block?
-
Took almost 2 weeks, but finally got support to acknowledge the bug. Open a support case so it gets another customer report. "Thank you for the response. Our development team has investigated your issue with the white noise errors and has identified a bug in our product. As per the development team, the maintenance stored…

upvoted as this came up recently as well, but our security team is also upset that Orion uses a self-signed cert
-
Upvoted, but given todays security landscape, this seems like something that should be implemented sooner rather than later? It looks like it's a feature request from 2017.
-
Are you Agent based? 2020.2 introduced if you were using Agent based polling your engines would go down. It occurred to a a few large customers until there was a buddy drop for a one off agent until it was fixed in 2020.2.4.

Same. Like did they fire all of the support staff or has the staff all quit after getting tired of the buggy releases in the past few months?
-
Welcome to the new unstable club. 2019 was solid, then it all has gone downhill since then. We are in the same boat as you with support. Call in, many open cases, zero true resolutions.

Unfortunately we are using the new Log Analyzer. If I would have known this was a limitation I would have skipped the upgrade.
