Well, thankfully many of our Product Managers "watch" their own product forums, so they are pretty quick to update or clarify if there is something misleading or incorrect in the response, so regardless of moderation, we still tend to "watch"; although I will say I have not seen that be an issue from your responses…

OK THWACKERS! It definitely appears to be a Firefox issue, so my recommendation is using Chrome. I have my developer working on the fix and should hopefully get this resolved by the end of the week so it doesn't affect anyone's ability to be entered into the weekly drawing.

I completely agree Greg! I thought of that before I wrote this post and decided to give some of the basic requirements...I have a whole lot more goodness on the back-end, but it's a fine line. We often get private messages or call-outs on the forums as to "why" they are getting moderated, so I hope I found a good balance…

thwack isn't going anywhere jlinkowsky​ , but the Success Center is just another way for us to help our customers (that's YOU) troubleshoot issues, gain access to updated KB articles, training videos, etc. If you go to any Success Center's product pages, you will see there are links to thwack, too, so we play well together…
