I really appreciate the missions that go over changes. Keeps me current. Also a great excuse to ping my teams (devices we can monitor, new features I know they want).

More home automation and security appliances. Looking to upgrade my home firewall (current ASA 5505) that has a higher link speed to keep up with my recent upgrade.

aLTeReGo Where is the best place to send the feedback/post to get this added?

You can ignore the warning and let it update. I have updated 250 at a time for 1,000's of nodes. I just monitored the nodes to see if anyone stopped collecting on the new string (I only ran into about 5 that we had to rerun the automation job on).

Back when Cisco UCS blades were still fairly new we had a fun few months. Had multiple issues and support techs come out and replace parts trying to figure it out. Ended up replacing 98-99% of the parts (including moving blades from one chassis to another to rule them out). Finally got to a breaking point and demanded the…

I agree on the spam. For my personal stuff I use 33mail.com. They have a free service that allows you to create unique emails so you at least know who is sharing with who. No setup required other than creating the initial account. Super easy to turn off spammers that don't honor unsubscribe. Its fun when vendors give you a…

This could have been a finally face off with how hard this is.

Shameless promotion of a feature request for day 1's question that we need to fully leverage the new feature in alerting.

I remember reading about the November 27th question but wanted to confirm. This link might be of help.

Should have checked here first. I just answered on memory that its per tech. Didn't read it as end-device.

Hate having to pick between two good movies :(

Good now after the clarification on #8. Recommend copying the way they use it on the website ( with the apostrophe)

Several of my hobbies have large populations of IT professionals. I enjoy the talking to them and hitting up the different forums where IT folks tend to vent and share stories on what their working on, new technologies/vendors they are working with.

Glad to see the new mission. Best way to start the new month.
