I am currently looking for what table and field I can use to link to [NetPerfMon].[NCM_Audit].ID. I have been looking for a couple of days now without success. Have you tried posting this question in Report Lab?

Have you tried to use the same password entered in both the auth and priv sections of the SolarWinds node configuration? I have seen SNMPv3-supporting devices whose configurations only allow one password and had to use that password as both auth and priv when setting up the SolarWinds side.

I do not know about modifying the 'Hardware Details'. I believe that is not modifiable. However, this might be a good application of Custom Properties. You can create properties called "AMT Capable" and "Agent Version" is you like and fill them in as you wish.

An "In Service Date" or similarly named custom property does a nice job to hold this data. One does have to fill it out manually, though.

Last i knew, a common IP could be multiple nodes in Orion; as many nodes as pollers. On the occasion when I have put in an already used IP into an Add Node page, a notice has popped up stating the IP address is laready under monitoring, and asking whether I want to manage it using a different poller.

Try this: 1. Create an object (e.g., diamond LED shape) for any interface at either end of a connection you want to monitor. 2. Place the objects near the nodes on which the interfaces sit. 3. Assign the interfaces at either end to the objects. 4. Draw your connection between the interface-linked objects, not the nodes…
