I don't mind the notes/editor, but I would really like to be able to drag/drop attachments instead of having to use the upload button for each attachment. It's the little things that matter...

Me too - I send some tickets to my vendor and they want it sent to their service email account (so they can have it forwarded to multiple people at their company), but I want WHD to accept a reply from anyone at that company. Not sure if that is possible though.

Same here. I opened a support case and got a response: I have verified with development and this seems to be by design not to show pieces of information to existing WHD client cc recipients. I think it's driven through the Setup > General > Server Options section. We changed our server to respond on 80/443 instead of 8081/8443, but I think you're looking for the "Custom HTTPS Port ofr Generated URL Links" option.

We would really like this. We use the helpdesk to track tech requests and building inventory, for 27 buildings. We have this too. Of our 2600 active LDAP/AD staff accounts (clients) maybe 4-5 will randomly show (I), but if I manually run another sync during the day, it switches them back to active. I haven't investigated too much on this since it seems pretty random and the next sync at 1am nightly usually resolves it for them.
