Each event will process all rules unless you use "stop processing". if you would same behaviour across all 3 actions, you would create one rule with 3 actions. In case you want forwarding to happen only once, but other two actions happening for every message, you would need 3 separate rules. Each rule will have one action…

Sorry, I do not understand. non-RFC compliant settings is introduced in 15.3.2 HF1 and is also present in 15.4.

I do not fully understand your concern. From 15.3.2 HF1 there is solution to support all clients affected by change in 15.3.2. Its a new Serv-U settings, that is fully in hands of administrator.

Upgrade of OpenSSL touched security settings of most parts of Serv-U. There is high chance, that old certificate - especially signed with low encryption methods may not be accepted anymore. Your way to get a new and secure certificate is one of the best options you could do.

I would recommend to check whether the certificate size is bigger then 4kB. There is known issue with higher sizes. If this is your root cause, there is BuddyDrop you could receive through support. Otherwise, reach to SWI support and provide appropriate info for investigation, if possible.
