First off thanks for the reset on Q9. @"the_ben_keen" I am really confused as to what you want the answer to be. When I look at the question and where I find the answer its like it is all check boxes are checked. But that is wrong. Can someone shed some light as to what I am missing?

Is there we can get the white pages in PDF format? I thought it went to it when I clicked hint, but it isn't anymore. When I bring it up on Edge the format is off.
