Contact Customer Service and they will fox that

Its hard to tell from this info. Where are you seeing that it was rebooted. Do you have an alert firing?
-
NTA supports sflow.
-
Some of our SP customers do this using the Orion SDK. You need pretty good programming skills to implement it.
-
Try the hub and spoke option.

Hi sams, For #1, you can define assign criticality to alerts by adding that in the alert action verbiage. You will need a separate alert for each threshold (for example, >80%.minor, >90% = critical). For #2, these are typically set according to your requirements. Data sources to determine the proper levels may include the…

Hi Ralphr, NPM has apps for configuring syslog and trap alerts. Go to All Programs -> SolarWinds Orion -> Syslog and Trap Alerts Andy
-
The default is C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\APM\DefaultTemplates but your user may have chosen a different location. Search for .apm.template files.
-
I don't think you can do this today but I'll mark this one for a PM to look at.
-
I is a little hard to tell what the issue is. Can you set the time frame for both reports same? One is monthly and one is for 3 months.
-
For which SolarWinds product?
-
You could create a SEUM account that only has the Transactions Tab and embed the user id and pw in the url. See pg 365 of the Admin Guide for details. Note that this ability will conflict with AD authentication. If you are using AD authentication in Orion this is not an option.

Hi Don, We really appreciate the your feedback. I wish we could attend but the timing is not good. Maybe do a write-in vote for us? ;)
-
You could group them as IP Address Groups, in NTA settings. If they don't have contiguous IP address it can be pretty time consuming though. I'll mark this for a PM to comment as well.
-
Do you see the "Settings" link in the far upper right? If not, your don't have all admin rights. If you can access Settings, go to Account Manager -> (choose your account) Edit -> Change "Allow Account to Customize Views to "Yes".
-
The keep uncompressed data setting sets how long you will keep 1 minute detail. 2 weeks is a long time to keep this level of detail.
-
Repost in in Product Forums -> Labs -> Orion SDK Lab for better traction.

Hi Tom, Is the problem that the devices are showing up under "Unknown"? If so just let us know what it is on this thread. Andy
-
I recommend taking a look at a packet capture and seeing if there is something unusual with the dialer flows. Also try show ip flow interface to see the exports per IF. That command may not be supported in your IOS.
-
A method for assigning these dependacies is located here. It is a manual method but effective.
-
Have you added the Orion server as a managed device?
-
Have you checked the online demo? Shows a lot of the functionality. http://oriondemo.solarwinds.com/Orion/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2forion%2fproxy.aspx%3fpath%3d%2f&path=/

I'll have an SE work with you on this. Andy

Hey Mark, All of the Orion core products are 32 bit. It looks like there may be an issue with mem for IPAM but chances are the fix could be address in the 32 bit code. Have you opened ticket on this? It would be interesting to see how this is corrected. I believe there is a significant amount of work that has to be done to…
-
Hi Jaroslaw, Please open a ticket and we'll help get you through this. Andy
-
This should work. Aslo make sure you give Orion enough time to poll for the reboot. It will happen on the next polling cycle.
-
You won't see the device go down as down devices can't sent traps until they come up. You can change the status on an interface using a trap rule in the trap viewer app. All Programs -> SolarWinds Orion -> Syslog and SNMP Trap -> Trap Viewer

What is the element count? What is the SQL server situation (SAN, VM, server?)
-
Can you explain your custom properties further? It looks strange that you want an alert if the suppression is true. Do those conflict?
-
If your SQL server is using 100% of the available memory it will page, which makes it very slow. I have set the minimum memory for SQL to 1/2 of system memory with positive results. Lowering the max would just make it page sooner.
