Just to be certain....You ran winrm set winrm/config/client @{TrustedHosts="*"} from the Windows Command Prompt (not Powershell Command Prompt) on the Orion server? On the Orion server try the following; * Winrm quickconfig - Thiis should come back without errors * Powershell command prompt - Test-WSMan -ComputerName…

Thought perhaps you had already SWQl'd it which is something I could have used to speak with dev. I'll dig and share why we currently aren't doing this OOB.
-
We have a FR to show percentage as an alert element for file shares but would like to have you reach out to me please.
-
Thanks for the findings. Can anyone else help confirm this potential fix?
-
Also - anyone under maint who might have a FC based Nimble Cluster out there?
-
Thanks, I think we are good with V series, but I'll speak with the team.
-
We haven't (yet) developed for object or cloud storage but let's have a call since it's something we are interested in and you can walk me through usage as well what you would like to see.

Are these now sold as 900 series and are they SVC based?

Here's a screen shot of Managing Assigned Applications in SAM. Group By Application Monitor and the results pane will show all servers that the application is assigned to. Check the servers you want the template removed from and delete.

Hmm, Looking into this,

We are looking into this and would like to at the very least have the ability to perform ticket actions.

Thanks for the release feedback. I do like the idea of having the ability for a custom toolbar (of course maintaining OOB tool links), I can say that it's not on our road map at this time. Can you create a vote for this? I performed a cursory look Web Help Desk Feature Requests but could not locate anything similar. Would…

Can you elaborate? When I hear ShoreTel I immediately think of one of our other products VNQM.

Thanks for your feedback. It's great to see customers taking interest and to want more from WHD. I've separated your feedback into sections. Hopefully making it easier to sort through. Feedback: “This most recent update to this post contains some news that does not sit well with specifically "Our release cycles might be…

Hi Bob, I have taken over WHD from Peter. Apologies for the delay and am reaching directly to secure a time/day for us to talk.

There's no KB per say since a "hung" state can have many different reasons, but more identifying monitoring points that can help you next time this happens. **The easiest method would be to Install SAM agent - when the agent stops responding or reporting back to SAM then it's assumed hung If you want to further look into…

It's definitely on our (short term) road map and when I have details that I can deliver I'll post in What we are working on.

For application status indicators this link should help. See number 1 below - if a component is down, application state is down Status Icons and Identifiers The status of an application is determined by these rules (in order of priority): * If an application has a down component, the application status is Down. * If an…

Re-posting excerpt from an older aLTeReGo discussion Baseline changes made at the template level break inheritance after seven days of data has been collected. The only way to revert the change is to go into the assigned application and re-inherit from the template. The recommendation for expediency's sake would be to…

Looking to see what can be done. Is this also called into support?

I took the liberty to make the script above function within SAM as a custom script monitor. Stale NFS Test mrxinu - There are plenty of enhancements to be had if you feel the need to version up. I simply added message and statistic outputs for SAM to interpret the results properly. What I'm in the dark about is the…

The output is not as SAM is expecting. Creating a Linux/Unix Script Monitor How about giving this one a try? NFS File Share Availability Already made for SAM

I would like to hear more on what customers are doing or would like to do for self service needs.Would a landing page (pre-login) portal help? Perhaps roll or department based (ex. faculty/staff/students/HR/Facilities)? Okay now that I digressed - back to this original request. It's always something we toss around, but…

You could use APM's Unix/Linux script monitor parsing out the % Capacity value from a "df" command Something like; df -k filesystem_name_here | grep % | awk '{ print $5 }' | sed 's/%//g'

Thanks for submitting this warning and are looking into this. I'm definitely listening to the suggestions over improving the IOS app but having to find the bandwidth to address has been a challenge since we have set our focus on in-product enhancements and module updates (dashboards, assets, tickets etc.).

VNXe Series currently not supported in SRM. Vote up the FR here.

I think you are asking if the script can be ported into SAM using SAM's Custom Script Monitor potentially even replacing the the custom built program/script that monitors licenses on that app.. SAM can run many scripting types provided the script output is formatted in SAM "speak" - $Status: and $Message: There might be…
-
there may be other tweaks that need to be made for it to run but a good place to start is in the output or returned values and the method in which they are formatted. For SAM to accept output Message and Statistic it needs to be labeled in the output. This should help; Creating a Linux/Unix Script Monitor Code in question…
