  • Sorry i missed the new alert as i tried to use the exisiting triggered alerts report. Having a problem creating the new report though. Ive added the Node name, alert time and alert message to replicate the existing resource but running that i dont get any results at all. This has no filters running as i would have thought…

  • Unfortunatly the Report Writer option isnt possible as we dont put all our alerts in to the event log. Any other way to do this?

  • Hi rrperez, Are they all snmp devices? it could be that some are only defined as icmp only devices... What sort of data are you missing?? Are the devices the same? ie two switches that are exactly the same, one collect's data the other doesnt?

  • Hi Digi This can be achieved with Custom Properties. Simply create a couple of custom properties and then use the Custom HTML resource to display them on the node details page. I have the below setup Site, TelephoneNumber and Notes are all custom properties. This get get displayed like: Hope this explains it well enough.

  • Hi Rick, From the device tracker summary page, click the 'Discover Ports' button. This will take to to a page that is exactly the same as the Orion Node managment page but is actually the UDT managment page. Tick the box next to the device you want to remove from UDT and click delete... The UDT managment page caught me out…

  • Hi Mike. Ive had the same problem.... I can get phase 1 current/amps etc but cant for phase 2/3 for example... I believe the problem is with the netman units as i used getif and get the same results as Solarwinds UnDP and toolset tools. its not the awnser you were looking for but my 2cents.
