It looks like the first link is more relevant but I have voted for both of them. Thanks Vinay.

Mezdem, is there an easy way to include minutes down as well?

Thank you! Worked like a charm!

Drat - was over thinking it. Thank you njoylif!

I just forward the emails to my account manager and let him deal with them. I also forward them multiple times to him. That has helped quite a bit, but I do get contacted every single time, even when I own the product and am just downloading a new release.

Right, that is my feeling I just want to make sure I'm not overlooking something that some advanced sniffer tech would say I was insane to have turned off loopback monitoring.

Note that this does NOT work in NPM 10.6 RC3!

smiffy85 isn't wrong with his timeframes, especially with SAM showing as unlimited. I would give yourself a week to install all the modules you have indicated, patch them, and do basic rollout. However, alerting, reporting, proper in depth module deployment and configuration can take many months. It would help if we knew…

Wow - uninstall and reinstall NPM - I hardly see that as a viable option. I have found that removing the NODE in question and re-adding it works to get things going again in my environment.

We went through that here. If you are displaying any 'dependency' widgets pull them off your displays. We were experiencing lags of 90 seconds (we have almost 60,000 elements on 4 pollers) until we dumped them, now screens load promptly.

The scheduled reporting option is also golden. Nice fresh reports in my bosses queue automatically every Monday at 6am. Love the idea above of…

We are seeing this randomly on all modules. My super is going to open a ticket with Customer Service for 'Blank Page on Load\Reload"

Yeah I realized I probably needed to pull from another table as I was staring at the screen. Thanks guys. I wish there was an authoritative guide on just the tables/variables. Everyone keeps pushing the Admin manual down my throat but searching through a HUGE manual for what should be a simple variable listing is futile…

That's an excellent question, I don't believe there is any automated way to do this and hopefully one of the SW techs will chime in on that, but if not it would be an excellent feature request!

How many network node elements are your teams migrating? We have a bit over 5000. We seem to run into a lot of issues during migrations because of the size of our deployment.

Did you recently update your installation of SAM? If so I may be able to help you.
