You should be able to do this one one alert assuming you want the same hours for Sat/Sun- Have you tried 5pm to 8am in the time of day tab? I'm not aware of any variable modifiers that would offer multiple suppression time frames for a single alert. time of day tab ex:

Could you elaborate on how you have the alert configured to determine if this is a setup issue perhaps? There was a previous issue with the SNMP Trap Rules/Alerts not working that was fixed in Orion 8.5.1 that also needs to be considered.

The Root Cause may be a "Resource" defined in the "Interface Details" that can't be found. For now, you'll need to remove the chart from that view.

It appears that you might have a row in your Interfaces table whose NodeID points to a non-existent node. You could use Database Manager to find all interfaces associated with NodeID 468 (SELECT * FROM Interfaces WHERE NodeID=468) and delete them. You would need to stop the services first for the changes to take effect…

You should be able to resolve the KeyNotFoundException on the extra web server by copying the *.Schema files from your main Orion server (in C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion) to the same directory on the extra web server. HTH
