go to C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion -> SWNetPerfMon.DB file, you can increase the timeout variables here - if this doesn't help your situation I would open a support ticket- Can you run any reports?

As i said, we are unable to reconfigure the banner to something other than $. ...right, this workaround should work - Since you cannot clear out the banner I'll ask around for more suggestions.

Right now there is no plan to rebuild SP3- This particular thread appears to be an isolated entry ? as I'm not aware of any pending cases with this issue.

This resource is no longer used in 2.2 hence the error. You will have to remove this resource from every view using it and this error should go away.

From the steps you mentioned it seems like you did it correctly- In the Web Console - Did you click + next to either column to display the Add Resources page? hit Submit- click Preview. Does anything show>? A preview of your custom web console should open in a new window.
