I wanted to add that all rows in your spreadsheet that have a valid IPv4 Address will be imported. An IPv4 Column is required to continue with the import. They will vary by product and version. The best bet is to contact customer service to get the accurate listings of the SNs associated with your account. Off the top of my head from what I remember the Orion 7 & 8s range is in the 5100s with v9 = 6100s and NTA = 5600s and APM would be the 8000s. Cirrus v4 = 6100s.

Kevin- Hotfix 5 has not been released yet- unless you were one of the volunteers who tested it? We have received positive results back from those who have applied it and the release for this fix is imminent.

Correct, it is already bundled with V9 from within the customer portals. After 5pm today you should see the SP1 in the customer portal as well. The SP1 Production version link can also be found amongst the latest updates on the right column of this page www.solarwinds.com/.../

I would like to help you out here- What did you do step by step - or maybe post the case number if you have already relayed this information in the ticket- This is the first release where there was a crossover with portals so I'm trying to determine what the root cause is here, thanks.

No. At this point you should open a support ticket. Something needs to be truncated within your db- usually the syslog or traps table has grown substantially large preventing the maintenance & compact from working. Reducing your poller settings as well as creating syslog rules might help. Are you using any other modules?

Can you log in as guest account? if so then go into the database and change the homepageviewid field to match This can be found in the Accounts table. This should be an easy fix but there are a few different things to try. Just call into support if you cannot resolve this soon.

You're posting on an old thread that's referencing 8.0. We made a lot of changes for 8.5- Which version are you using? If you are seeing this error with 8.5 I'd encourage you to open a Support ticket on your issue that we can collects logs and diagnostics on your specific problem.
