Kind of upset with the length of these missions, we had a whole 11 days to complete it, yet I didn't even know it existed after the 24th. Gave up checking around the 9th of July. This is the 2nd mission I've missed in a row due to short completion window :( Would appreciate more time.

I'm not a fan on having to enter personal info just to get to a survey. For one it doesn't like my email address so I need to use an alias. Secondly its a faff to fill out the fields. @Walshy personally I would prefer a hard link to a survey please, I am sure many others feel the same.

Is anyone else having issues getting the ITSM report from the mission shortcut link? I fill out my details, click on Get the report and nothing happens? No email, no download, tried different browsers nothing?

to be fair, the only way to assume this would be to look at your bio, which I highly doubt people would do perhaps a note to say "all spelling should be in American English" would be better
