Good write up. I just finish my upgrade yesterday to 12.2 some weird issue after upgrading the NCM 7.7 the main POLLER stopped working but recover after 12 hours. Don't know what happen it recover itself. Glad that when I'm wake up this morning new version was functional. Observing

Great post still not clear to me on a 1 hour report I'm getting these results on the same device and interface. i think the timing computation is not clear to me. Please comment how will I do this right? Utilization is 150Mbps /1 Hour for NPM Utilization = 250Mbps/1 hour for NTA

I open a case. I can see that as long as you set the time stamp in the absolute value within the last 1 week, it is accurate. The issue appears if you set the absolute time value after more than a week. The Timestamp are off. You may try in your convenient time this NTA behavior. Thanks for your attention.
