Dave, In the Add/Edit Action window in the SMTP server tab, there should be a check box that says "This SMTP server Requires Authentication." If you check that box, you'll open up the frame for Username and Password. Hope this helps.

I don't think the ip flow ingress command is supported until 12.2(15)T and the egress option isn't available until 12.3(11)T. You should be able to use ip route-cache flow instead, just remember that ip route cache flow only supports ingress data. Hope this helps.
