yes we are using the R/w snmp string, but the point is whenever acl blocked to login by ssh account then we should run script to break the acl, but NCM have not feature to run the script snmp (have only option like ssh), and if i am using engineer tool then we can do it.

i have deleted the old alert then create a new alert only for email notification, but still we are getting the alert in alert console, i think solarwinds have not any feasibility to block the alert and fire only email notification. please suggest.

it seems you have not a correct OID, which can present the status of the PRI, 1st try to find the correct OID then create a UDNP poller, > Could you please post here the OID which you are using with model number of device. thanks

Yes exactly Alex, i used the little bit different and also i late here to reply you. I used the Node is equal to up condition only in application alert where rest condition would be suppress automatically like - node down, node unreachable, node unmanage. now working perfect and awesome. thanks

Yes Ncm can accept to only SSH to run script, but if the situation can occur where SSH connection has been blocked (By acl or by any reason) then how we can run script, then solarwinds should vote for this to NCM accept the snmp to run script, Because I tried but did not get option over there to run script by SNMP in NCM…
