if we swap the power supply the slots. it is showing the same thing. we checked the vcenter level showing Normal (Hardware sensors Fine). SNMP walk also showing normal ( no abnormality). all the trouble shooting completed from our end. finally we have to raise the case with vendor. please stay tuned. 

we disabled and enabled the hardware sensors but still showing Critical. No luck. i have to check with another option. 

we login to ilo server it is showing two power supply and status is fine. SNMP walk tested power supply is showing fine. Regards, Krish. 

Thank you Vinay. actually we have same model hardware. power supply is showing correctly(green) and checked the SNMP walk also everything is fine if it disabled and enabled the hardware sensors is it working or we will perementaly disabled the power supply hardware sensors for this server .
