Acknowledgement does not mean clearing the alert. It simply states that you have acknowledged the alert and maybe currently working on it.

It's just the semantics 'until the alert is acknowledged' that is misleading. nothing to argue about . Maybe if SolarWinds can remove that phrase as it is not working as what it says about.

I attempted to use icon_for in the modern dashboard, but it isn't functioning as expected. As a workaround, I added the same column and changed its type to "Icon," then selected the appropriate icon manually. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing solution, but it does the job.

I think I found it in cortex power control unit tables but there's no column for enabled or disabled. Need to verify if it assigned to a nodeID.
