It took a long time to figure out, and the answers cannot be found in the hints that are provided. It was frustrating, however it did cause me to carefully read the hint articles about 15 times. Maybe thats what they were going for .

You could put a "." or a "_" before the Business_Name to get it to the top of the list as a temporary fix.

We use NPM and NCM daily. We run nightly backups for all of our devices using NCM. We monitor all of our devices using NPM and have custom displays set up for two 80 inch monitors in our NOC area. Both are great products that help keep things running smoothly.
