@"rinat.kirimov" have you checked out the new web transaction recorder? When you use the recorder to create transaction checks passwords are obfuscated. Would this meet your needs?
-
@"jean-philippe.blary" Thanks for reaching out. Enhancing our TMS capabilities in API 3.1 is currently on our roadmap.
-
@"muratatak" Thanks for the request. A few questions for you to help me better understand: * When you say on demand reports are you talking about a downloadable PDF? * Are you looking for reporting based on a single check? Or a group of checks? * Are you looking for daily, weekly, or monthly averages? Or something else? *…

Hi @"rinat.kirimov"! We recently launch proactive SSL monitoring inside our uptime checks. It is available for any uptime check that is monitoring an HTTPS URL. You can add it to an existing check or you can create a separate check just to monitor the certificate (this is recommended as the status of the check will show as…

@"ThomasArdal" & @"alansmith" Thank you both for your feedback. I am hoping you all can help me answer a few questions. * For the site you all are monitoring that has 2FA, is it using an SSO of any kind? * If so, what is the SSO? Okta? Google? Microsoft? Other? * Does the site support "Aunthenticator" apps as a 2FA method?…

Yes, as long as one of your SolarWinds products is on active maintenance you will all be able to access the trainings through the customer portal.
-
@"rhe" This has been implemented. If you get in contact with support they can turn it on for your account. For new accounts the feature will be automatically enabled.
-
@"since2012" Thank you so much for the detailed feedback, Anil. This is really helpful. Out of curiosity, if you were able to collect this sort of data using our API, would that work for you?
-
Hi @"sandeeprenuka" this is something on our current roadmap Let me know if this meets functionality will meet this request. Thanks!

Hey Ya'll, Would you be interested in participating in The Big Fun F5 Brainstorm

@"since2012" Totally get it, having the ability from the UI is ideal. In the meantime, I think you should be able to pull what you need from our API. Here are a few items I think could be helpful: https://docs.pingdom.com/api/#tag/Summary.performance https://docs.pingdom.com/api/#tag/Summary.hoursofday…

Hey shawn_b, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Updating the available courses is a manual process. The trainers just finish a large round of sessions but will be updating the schedule very soon. I would say if you check back next week it should be updated. Thanks again and let me know if you have any questions or…

Hi @"rogahng" happy to hear you are making the switch to SolarWinds. Right now there is no tool to migrate all your synthetic test. However, our recorder makes it very simple to recreate transaction checks. Here is a link to download the recorder and learn more: documentation.solarwinds.com/.../transaction-recorder.htm

@"thesh" & @"mcam" Check out this article: it was related to the 2020.2.2 release but we have seen some instances where this issue is occurring in 2020.2.4 as well. If this doesn't solve the problem please submit a support case.
-
@"tdowns" Have you considered using Pingdom? If there is an external IP address you should be able to do proactive SSL monitoring with it: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/pingdom/Content/topics/certificate-monitoring-in-uptime-checks.htm
-
@"rinat.kirimov" You can check two more things before going to support.... Take a look at the WPM Player local DB size. If it is something rather large, say over 100 MB you can try to stop the Playback Player service - remove the local DB and start the service again (C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\SEUM\Data\AgentStorage.s3db)…

I can't speak to the relevance of the PUA, but my go-to is always the installer itself. It will run checks on your environment to see if everything is good to upgrade, and let you know if it is not (prior to the upgrade/install being started). It is always a sure bet.
-
@"borgan" You should be able to do it in one go. I would recommend downloading the WPM 2020.2.2 offline installer to perform the upgrade. It should automatically select all the other products to upgrade at the same time, but if not, you can select them in the product drop down:
-
@"rinat.kirimov" we have seen in some WPM upgrades custom changes to the config files get overwritten to default settings. Give that a look first and if nothing looks off you should submit a support ticket. They will be able to help you out.
-
I don't have anything from Brian in my inbox. If he did send me an email, you can have him forward the message from last week and then we can get it updated.
-
Hey clubjuggle, I had a couple of follow up questions for you. Would you be able to jump on a quick 10 minute call with me today?
-
No worries, I've got you.
-
Kellie Mecham is on it!
-
Understood. Again thank you for the feedback, every bit helps.
-
SolarWinds also offers free product training to those customers on active maintenance. You can check out the available courses in this post The Rumors Are True...Our Free Customer Training Program is Expanding and see if they might be what you need. If they are not, please feel free to comment. We are looking to expand the…

Awesome. Would you email me at Katie.barbaro@solarwinds.com and let me know which data and time you are interested in?
-
You got it.
-
Awesome! Which date/time do you want me to put you down for? Tuesday or Thursday?
-
That's great! I'll send you some more details.
