No they will not contain the same # of rows...this is because NCM is an option on the nodes and only the ones that have "Yes" selected to be managed by NCM will show in the NCM nodes table...all nodes will show in the Nodes table -JC

We had a similar issue and I unwittingly fixed it because the NTA service on the NTA database host kept crashing...when I moved my NTA database to a new host and reconfigured/reinstalled NTA on the main poller, that service stopped building up memory and the service never crashed…
