I see the same thing from my NPM. We monitor VPN devices and they are constantly reporting reboots, even though I see their up time at several days. The code was very faint, white on black back ground. It almost looks as if you scratched past the black on the card rendering it useless. Did you use a rotary tool to scratch??? I know that doesn't really help, sorry.
