As we struggle to adopt a ticketing cadence, having this functionality within the reports would be great. I am not a SQL expert and having this built into the tool would be super helpful.

Anyone happened to have found a work around for this? I've recently come across another use case where the customer wants the month and year that the report is for (last month) in the report title.

I was blown away when I realized that this wasn't an option for the search string (and that this has been open since 2013).

Completely agree with this!! At this point, it's much more than a nice to have. The Unmanage Scheduling Utility doesn't offer the option for only muting and the instructions don't work on Window Server 2019.

At this point, I just say "I monitor stuff" and then see if they want any further explanation beyond that. Even with the 5% that does ask further, they're mainly looking to see if I can fix their computer problem.

We would definitely use this functionality. We're using another application just for the APC monitoring and management piece and it would be fantastic to roll this into our Orion platform and decomm the other tool.

Vote added. I can't use the windows scheduler option for this since it marks the last pass as "Unmanaged" which is then factored into the availability percentages in my outgoing reports.

This just makes sense to include. This would be great for availability reporting that we need to do but I can't offer it as an option since they only want to include business hours. Bump for the excellent idea.
