You make some interesting points. I have spent too many years being the lone wolf IT person in skeleton crew mode. In my current position they take into account the work/life balance and have staffed appropriate teams to allow cross-training and the ability to actually perform the required tasks. Thanks!

What about if the contractor's are allowed wireless access or given a specific SSID for their use. How do you actually track that usage?

Oh I agree. Having been a Master CNE through Novell 3.x, 4.x, 5.x. NDS has better feature set than AD but Novell just couldn't market the product. Thanks for the memory.

This is awesome! I have worked in the NOC areas elsewhere in my career and they always have the big screens dark lights, etc. Just thinking about the 42 inch monitor display on my wall setup to look this would great.
