I was thinking about the admin levels. What is the minimum number of levels that would be beneficial in an IPAM solution? I mean to say is 2 enough (Admin, User); 3 (Admin, Manager, User); 4 (Admin, Manager, User, View). I was thinking that maybe 3 would be the sufficient minimum? Admin is the Application Admin. I have a benefit in my task list that I can run the canned SW scripts to keep my inventory updated. I do have some powershell scripts that let me pull data from Active Directory and automate new user creation. Agree that semi-annual reviews within your team would probably be the most beneficial.....

Was there articles or videos posted on this website regarding QoS? As I have moved forward in my tasks, I am starting to see a need for QoS as some of our projects may require the need for some of these techniques.

It is unfortunate to make any serious balance in pay, that you have to change companies. I too have been down that path. I finally figured that the job itself meant more than what I was getting paid.
