I have been using the demo but I seem to be stuck at the fact that some of the reports don't run and I tried some of the auditing. Again, it seemed to just go to not responding. I didn't know if this was a part of the demo that goes away with the full version.

The "Vendor" is this case does have the revenue stream to not need to change. But, the consumer is the ruler of the roost and if they decided to migrate to different platform with the same technology but with the explanation of the management portion. Then the "Vendor" would ultimately change and adopt. This same argument…

We are in the evaluation stages of IPAM -- either MS solution or Solarwinds solution. Will make decision in the next fiscal year.

This is a great topic. Most days in my career I have been the hero called in to the same the day. But occasionally, due to misinformation, I have ended up the Seagull. I found in my IT travels that getting people to about their data in terms on critical and non-critical is the biggest hurdle. Have a public folder that people drop data as they see fit without an underlying understanding of the effects of it being visible. Once we get past this hurdle, the concept that I need to archive…

So at the point of running the report, you would like to Add to the Cart the devices that need to be included and then kick off the report. Sounds like some of the reporting that I have had to perform in my previous life to be SOX compliant. I think this is a viable idea. Bump 1
