You can find the Print Services connectors under the 'Application' category within LEM connectors. There are two connectors available - Operational (as per this Feature Request) and also Admin, which collects logs from Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin

From looking at the build number you provided earlier (Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (RTM-GDR) (KB4019088) - 13.0.1742.0 (X64)) it looks like you are running SQL Server 2016, without SP1. Looks like you are searching the nodes available on the LEM manager. The vpxd connector is only applicable to agent nodes. Can you manage connectors on one of your agents and search for the connector there (Manage Node Connectors): You may need to update your connectors, which is done via the old console:
