Ever have any luck with this? I've got a few ideas, but i can't manage the cisco gear in question. I'm thinking since i have the Routing Neighbor, Protocol Orion Status looking for Neighbors with the status of Down, that there may be interfaces that are looking for neighbors, but don't have.
