I'm having the same issue. 9.6 works fine but 9.6.1 stops running. Support told me it was because of to many messages. I purchased another license and split the load and I am way under the max message count now. Still crashes under 9.6.1. Sounds like they just need to fix the code.

I do have this enabled Save a copy of each config into the archive directory, as it is downloaded. But it seems like if the date is the same it just overwrites it.

I believe the answer for what I am trying to do is to use "Original Status" is not equal to Normal. I believe Original status is what is reported from the device itself

Also is there a way to copy an existing report template. For instance copy Availability- last month to something else so that I could just modify the time frame and save it without having to create a new one and enter all the fields.
