I have the same experience and as per the Solarwinds Tech Engr, the server is the problem and the load of the server is huge. I have the ticket number 136549 and 135528. We have 1 main orion and 2 pollers, only 1 poller crashes or stops. This occurs normally early in the morning.

sure thanks!

i have raised this several times with support tickets, however the only solution that was seen by the support engineer was to restart all services. i don't know if they have already raised this to the developers. I have already submitted solarwinds diagnostics.

I experienced this error this afternoon at GMT+8. and since we need to resolve this immediately because this is being used by our N.O.C., we executed the configuration wizard. Clicking the database and services, all went smooth installing not until a pop up message appeared, solarwinds NPM services cannot be deleted. After…

Hi, To add with the query of calremo, a lot of process is also being consumed by the custompollers or the pollers that were created using universal device poller? does this contribute to the 8000 limitation of solarwinds?
-

Stacy hi, I have also experienced this problem where it takes hours before the Network Performance Stops and the configuration wizard error that it stopped in an untimely manner. I started to experience this starting 9.1 and still exists to 9.5. This morning, I was in session with one of the Technical Support Engineers of…

yep still waiting for the answer from the Solarwinds Ticket 140136. current setup, one main orion, 2 additional polling engines, 1 webserver and 1 database server. We are experiencing slow downs and data gaps, guess not a good design. we'll be using a new setup next week to slightly speed up the polling of the devices.

Try the ssh-auto , this might be the reason if your cisco equipments cannot be accessed via telnet but with ssh or if the equipments are secured. Try changing the protocols under the three drop down boxes. Im still not sure if this is the answer but it helped me in the current setup we have. I dont know if there is still a…

Allison hi, I guess it would be better if the users know where their cases are already escalated and if possible to give updates on the current isolation being done by your team internally. I have been creating cases for almost 2 years now and still I, like everyone here would like to have some cases escalated most…

the snmp is already enabled as per client and our VOIP team has already verified this. yup i have already uploaded the logo of the company. however solarwinds background seems too far from the shade or color of the logo we created. im currently using version 9.1. and i think the difference is your using 9.5 right?
-
is this already visible in the version 9..5?
-
The device is color green in Orion. It indicates that it is up right? However the interfaces are "?" of the equipments of Vivace Networks.
-
i think he's also using NTA.
-
There are some cases that when you restarted a server, the solarwinds network performance monitor service will still remain on a "shutdown" state not unless you started it again. Please check this.
-
hahaha (LOL) Nope as of now I only have 20000 interfaces/node/volumes. I have experienced this error before in version 8.5.
