We received the notification too. But, we do have DPA, but the version installed is the newest version. I figured it was something to do with the hotfix that's available. Maybe they are 'accidentally' promoting it?

Could you use the 1st alert to set a custom property with the timestamp you want the email to happen? Then create a 2nd alert that looks at the custom property and fires only if it's after that timestamp?

I like the look, but need my screen real estate back. It is was too large, and my resources don't fit properly anymore without a ton of scrolling or resizing.

So you aren't allowed to do SNMP at all? Or you can't install anything special/extra to monitor? I often troll for the templates, assign them and test to see if I can get what I want. If not, I just unassign them.
