What's the point of no hints? We are not learning anything about the head geeks by just guessing. When we get the answer wrong, it doesn't even tell us what the right answer is. Do you want us to just click an answer without even reading future questions? I'm disappointed with this mission so far. 

@"thornleyp" I saw one. Check again. After clicking on SQL as instructed, look carefully in the box labeled CRITICAL DATABASES. Some of them were similar to the answers given, one was exact. I selected that one and got a green check for today. Good luck.

By inspecting the demo site log-on page, one can see that they hard coded the user and password. The user name is Demo. The password is ignite1

I held off answering it. I'm not sure if it is a trick question or not. The hint brings you to a Customer Success Center page but to do any of the things mentioned in the question one needs to log onto the customer portal. So is it the customer success center or the customer portal?

Friday's question shows as complete for me today. Thanks to whomever fixed it.

Looks like the issue with the 27th may be fixed. At least it worked for me. I held off until Friday. I clicked the link to the survey, voted, refreshed, navigated back to the mission, refreshed. I see the green check and points were added.

Same for me. I answered the poll but the question for Friday did not show as completed.

No trap. The hint has the answer almost word for word. 

Getting today's question right is also getting it wrong according to the answer. It's too early to think that deeply. It's not a trick question though. Just watch the video.

I believe the key is the question used the language "simple" and the comparison table used "multipath" The free tool does do simple hop-by-hop network path analysis. The $1,638 tool in the comparison table " Delivers multipath hop-by-hop analysis"

I wonder if I'm reading too much into Q3. In the on-line demo - If the database is Stopped and monitor is OFF, is it being monitored?

Not a SAM user yet so I don't know but hope to learn.

Phone. - Unless you are someone who doesn't know what the pound sign is unless I call it the hash tag symbol. Sigh, I guess I'm old.

Where's the option that says I don't work from home? At least not during business hours.
